Join us as we examine the first three volumes of Yoshihiro Togashi’s beloved series about the delinquent Yusuke Urameshi, who goes from ghost to spirit detective! Morgana and Darfox have lots of love for the anime but dakazu has issues with the loose English translations! We also answer emails and Seamus rereads Vinland Saga!!!

A manga about a class of reject middle schoolers who are tasked to assassinate their alien like teacher before he blows up the Earth in 1 year.
Reread this today and it’s still so very good. Yusei Matsui over-the-top facial expressions shine through along with the excellent design of Koro Sensei. It’s such a bizarre concept for a series but it works perfectly as a shonen manga.
It’s available from VIZ along with a great anime adaptation.

This week Seamus gives A Bride’s Story(Otoyomegatari) another chance, we examine character archetypes from Gundam and Neon Genesis Evangelion, dakazu is surprised by the success of Mr. Osomatsu(Osomatsu-san) and applauds the end of Assassination Classroom, and we discuss how Italy loves Lupin III: Part IV.
